Choose the relay, enter the sex and age of the 4 athletes and the team's total mark.
The coefficient is calculated with the mark per leg (total/4) and the event factor (100, 200 or 400 m) at the team's average age, rounded to the nearest whole number.
In mixed relays each leg uses the reference for its sex.
