In masters athletics every mark is compared with the best possible at your age and in your event. That percentage is the one that appears in championship records. Here you calculate it in a few seconds.
World Masters Athletics publishes, for each event, sex and age, a factor that corrects performance loss over the years and a reference mark that acts as a ceiling. With these two figures, any mark becomes a percentage comparable across ages.
The factor for your exact age, sex and event is looked up. At 45 in the 100 m it is 0.9345: your mark is "worth" 6.5% more than that of an open-category athlete.
Each event and sex has a reference mark that represents 100%. In men's 100 m, 9.58.
In races, the reference is divided by your corrected mark. In jumps and throws, the other way round.
9.58 / (12.00 × 0,9345) = 85,43 %Age groups run in five-year bands from age 35, but the factor is applied with your exact age. The calculator also tells you whether your mark meets the Spanish championships qualifying standard for your age group.
All of them use the WMA 2023 tables and the 2025 Spanish qualifying standards. No account is needed to calculate.
Choose the event, enter sex, age and mark and you get the percentage. With "Inverse calculation" you do the opposite: what mark you need to reach a percentage or a qualifying standard.
Decathlon, heptathlon and pentathlon with the masters rule: each mark is age-corrected before going through the World Athletics scoring table. You see the points per event, the total and the absolute points.
4x100, 4x200 and 4x400. With the team's total mark and the age of the four legs, calculate the team coefficient, verified against official results, and the total mark you need for a target.
Install it on your phone or computer and calculate individual events, combined events and relays without coverage. The tables are included.
With an account, every result you calculate can be saved with the athlete's name and a series name: a season, a training group, an event. Combined events and relays too. Then you filter and compare them in "My series".
Six short guides, with real screenshots, to get the most out of each calculator. When there's a video, it appears here.
